How to create the life you want!

If you've tried everything else to improve your life, then your paradigms may be the cause why you're confused and frustrated. Changing your paradigms is not an easy process, it takes deliberate intention, focus and work but the road of this recovery can be an abundant and magical one. Not to say it doesn't have it's challenges, but the rewards are greater. Plus the most rewarding part is that you get to become who you always wanted to be!

Below is a flavour of what's involved in 6 steps.

UNDERSTAND YOUR MIND

The mind is a tool and should be used as such. Your conscious mind is your objective or thinking mind. Your subconscious mind is like a huge memory bank. Its capacity is virtually unlimited and it permanently stores everything that ever happens to you.

DEVELOP SELF AWARENESS

Begin to observe your thoughts, behaviours and automated reactions. The subconscious mind's job is to ensure that you respond exactly to the way you are programmed. Your subconscious mind makes everything you say and do fit a pattern consistent with your self-concept.

DIRECT YOUR THOUGHTS

Learn how to view your thoughts consciously, know you have the seniority and authority to change them. Expand your thinking on what you really want. Go bigger! You have infinite potential. See the mind as a tool and don't allow it to think YOU. Know that you do not have to be influenced by other people's opinions on what to think. You always have a choice, they are just opinions.

CONNECT TO YOUR EMOTIONS
 

Changing your thoughts to happy, supportive and helpful ones. This boosts positive feelings which changes behaviour to allow an improved, positive attitude to come forward. Feeling good about yourself and who you are. Understand that you are connecting to who you really want to be and are allowing yourself to express your wants and needs.

IDENTIFY LIMITING PATTERNS AND THOUGHT BEHAVIOURS
 

Impress improved thought forms on the subconscious mind. Visualise your biggest goals everyday. Repeating your goal daily to yourself, re-programme's your thought patterns by instead injecting positive and success-oriented thoughts. This blocks out distractions and your goal becomes the focus. Try not to take it all seriously and be amused. You are re-programming, be gentle.

With the improved thoughts, an improved attitude manifests. Leading to inspiration. When training the subconscious mind it then moves into inspired action.
